its been two days since my last smoke and i began to feel the medial side effects on the next day im having trouble to breathing properly and i feel really dizzy but a very important thing i put a problem witch i haven't possessed in a loooong time ( unusual to be happy for a nightmare lol ) however the most bothersome thing is the fact i feel my ear canal canal has been eaten from the inside i asked a health care provider about it and apperantly it seems because of quitting smoking.
